MBARD is proposing revisions to three fee rules as a component of the draft Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget. The proposed revisions include a proposed fee increase of 2.8% consistent with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the San Francisco Area. To account for the potential fee increase and to make administrative clarifications, MBARD is proposing to revise the following rules:

• Rule 300: Fees
• Rule 301: Fee Schedules
• Rule 309: Hearing Board Fees
